AI Sweden is the national center for applied artificial intelligence, jointly funded by the Swedish government and our partners, both public and private. We are now looking for new colleagues to take the next step in the development of AI Sweden, and our ability to drive and lead change on the AI journey for solving societal and business challenges by the use of AI.

For the role of AI Change Agent we look for an individual that can help organizations to progress and mature on their AI Journey and requires good understanding of AI adoption practices. This is a practical and hands on role which combines all the models, tools and resources at hand to accelerate the AI journey for partners and the ecosystem.

We now have the need to hire multiple Change Agents for a number or exciting projects as well as support our partners on their AI Journeys. We're looking to build a diverse and complementary AI Change Agent team that together will strengthen our ability to accelerate the adoption of AI in Sweden. We will look for people with specific experience in transformation, training & learning, Generative AI or the SME sector, but most importantly an individual that strengthens the team as a whole.

The role is project based employment for a year at a time with good possibilities for extension. We will start interviewing candidates as applications starts coming in.

About the position

Your main responsibility will be to assist organizations on how to adopt AI in a systematic and efficient manner with a focus on value creation. This will be in the context of a multilateral projects or in our AI Sweden partnership.

Being an AI Change Agent at AI Sweden includes being able to handle a diversified set of tasks, activities and skills such as;

• A focus on how AI can create value for a lasting impact, minimize hype and empty promises.
• Advice on AI Journey activities depending on AI maturity.
• Be a bridge between organization, domain experts and technical personell and understand and be comfortable in all those dimensions. 
• Facilitate workshops on finding AI use cases using structured methods.
• Share presentations to inspire and educate organizations on AI for different target groups.
• Be up to date with latest reports and research on the AI Adoption domain as well as AI Sweden material on the topic.
• Facilitate AI Maturity Assessments, manage the whole process and make analysis work. We're also looking for one of the Change Agents to be the product owner of this.
• Pick up common challenges and trends and bring partners together for collaboration on solving them together
• Have team and group discussions on certain topics to help the learning and understanding of AI.
• Develop our own material, tools and resources based on your experiences from your work in the ecosystem.
• Being pedagogic and nuanced in explaining AI for different target groups and level of AI understanding.
• Hands on workshops with AI tools to show what is possible with small efforts and build more advanced AI workflows.
• Contribute to the overall development of AI Sweden.
• Fluent in both Swedish and English

• Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant environments/roles where change or transformation of some sort has been a dominating aspect.
• High-level understanding of different AI technologies and how to apply them in practice.
• Ability to explain technical solutions and project results for non-technical audiences.
• Capability to quickly understand different domains and organizations and their challenges.
• A structured way of working and enjoying building and maintaining good relations with different types of roles and organizations.
• A constructive approach to finding synergies between initiatives and to maximizing values for partners.
• Fluent in both Swedish and English.

Location

This role is based in either Stockholm, Gothenburg or Malmö, with regular travel within Sweden. You'll be part of AI Sweden's 100-person team distributed across many cities, including Gothenburg, Stockholm, Lund, Växjö and Luleå.
